This flower subscription is for twice a month (4 total) mixed bouquets for the summer season (June and July).   Flower types will change each month, and often times week to week. We'll let you know the exact start date when Mother Nature gives us the thumbs up.

If you're gifting this subscription, please include the email, phone number, and delivery address of your recipient in the notes section so we can communicate details for delivery.  We will send you or your recipient a detailed Subscription Guide with start dates and flower care instructions before your subscription begins. Let us know if these flowers are surprise, and we'll keep your secret until its go time.

I agree to pick up my bouquet at Petal Patch only during the designated time, or send someone on my behalf. If my bouquet is not picked up during the specified time, I understand that it will be donated. All sales are final (no refunds).
I understand my bouquet will be filled with farmer’s choice of flowers and foliage. I am responsible for bringing a container to transport my weekly bouquet home, should one be needed.
